How much do you need to spend on Internet Marketing?
Most business managers are now aware that a sizeable proportion of their target audience will be researching products or making purchasing decisions from the information they find on the internet. If you are not reaching this audience you are missing out on their business!
Most will also be aware that success rarely happens by accident – an Internet Marketing strategy is all about establishing a successful, on-going approach to online marketing that will provide increased success now and over the long term. How often should Search Engine Optimisation techniques be performed?
As it is better for Search Engine Optimisation techniques to be actioned on a frequent basis, we would suggest that a monthly marketing schedule is undertaken. The amount of time per session should be greater during the first 3 – 4 months of a new campaign and then can be reduced to a smaller but consistent schedule. At specific times of the year or to tie in with product releases or announcements, this should be increased. We would suggest that your Internet Marketing spend is assessed on a half yearly basis. If you adopt a similar approach to Search Engine Optimisation as you would to traditional marketing, you wont go far wrong. You probably already advertise on a regular basis and then increase your marketing push to co-incide with product launches or busy times of the year. Internet marketing is no different. Priced per hour; available on a Monthly, Bi monthly or Quarterly cycle. Our tailored plans allow the SEO emphasis to focus attention on the areas in most need of improvement. This will produce the best results in relation to the time spent employed on each SEO session.
Tailored plans are available on a Monthly, Bi Monthly or Quarterly sessions, depending on the level and speed of success you require. Our only stipulation is that each session time is a minimum of 2.5 hours.
We do not request that you sign a fixed term contract and you are free to discontinue our Internet Marketing or Search Engine Optimisation services after only 1 months notice.
A report will be supplied after each session showing the Search Engine Optimisation activities we have undertaken along with the progress that we are making.

Check internal and external links, broken anchors, missing or invalid page titles and descriptions, missing alt attributes of images, slow pages, old pages, small pages
Site Promotion;
Automated and manual submission of website to selected search engines and directories. Management of PPC campaigns, search for partner sites, manage partner correspondence, submission of articles.Site Analysis;
Check Site rankings across major search engines, Compare with competitor’s rankings, competitor’s indexation, analyse and compare inbound links with competitor’s websites.

Individual Search Engine Optimisation Services
Optimise individual pages
Setup Meta and Description tags, optimise keyword intensity of page content. Price dependent on length of each page.Note. If the website is being developed by us, this is included within the initial website development but may need to be re-addressed in the future on websites which have content management systems and are edited by the client
Search Engine Friendly page names
Setup Dynamic websites to display search engine friendly urls in place of the database string in the browserNote. If the website is being developed by us, this is included within the initial website development but may need to be readdressed in the future on websites which have content management systems and are edited by the client
Google site map
Register websites sitemap with Google and setup Google Analytics account.NB. For Dynamic websites (websites with databases) it is strongly recommended that dynamic websites choose the “search engine friendly page names” setup is conducted prior to Google Site Map installation (see above).
For customers with bespoke plans, on-going monitoring of the Google Analytics is included.
Note. The initial setup of a Google sitemap is included on all website developments undertaken by ourselves
Google Adwords campaign (pay per click advertising).
Setup Google Adwords on behalf of customer. Research keywords and cross reference with Google adwords suggestions. Start one campaign with up to five keyword / Key Phrase combinations.
Instruct customer in the operation of the adwords control panel.
Note. Currently, we offer a monitoring service for Adwords campaigns to subscribers of our monthly Search Engine Optimisation plans. Customers who do not request ongoing search engine optimisation services will be responsible for monitoring their own plans.

Individual Internet Marketing Services.
Unlike the Search Engine Optimisation services listed above, some of our services will only be required on an individual basis and are available separately; some may also be managed within our Bespoke Services.
Social Bookmarking listings
In social bookmarking systems (such as face book, my list, etc) users store lists of Internet resources which they find useful. These lists are accessible to the public for their views and comments. This has become a useful SEO technique; search engines reward websites strongly if they are linked to from social bookmarking sites. We suggest that social bookmarking listing and monitoring is tackled as part of our bespoke services.Blogs
Many businesses now operate a company blog (Web Log). Blogs are held in high esteem by search engines and are to be recommended as part of your overall marketing strategy. We can establish and manage a blog on behalf of the client as part of our tailored plan. Alternatively, we can setup a blog for the client to manage internally.Article writing and article submission
Article marketing is one of the most cost effective ways of promoting your web presence. This kind of service is perfect for getting more one-way back links and boosting your Google ranking. Our service can include writing editorials and press releases and subsequently submitting them to news sites or just submission of articles as supplied by the client.
The submission process can be included as an activity under our tailored SEO service, however the price of article writing will vary depending on the specific editorial or press release required and will be priced on an individual basis.
